The Search  window lets you quickly search for specific runs based on any information and return the results to the Run List window.

For example, the following is a search for "All my RACES in the LAST YEAR that were BETWEEN 5 AND 10 MILES where my PACE WAS LESS THAN 7:00 minute miles"
